Monarch Studio was founded in 2020 in La Mesa, California. At Monarch Studio we focus on customer experience, health and happiness.

We are hair color and cutting experts who believe that the foundation of your individual experience begins with the art of listening to your needs and concerns. Hi everyone!
I’m Justyna and I am so excited to share with you my passion for what I do. I started in
the beauty industry 20 years ago, “CRAZY to even say that!” I've always been a very creative person and as a child I did everything you could possibly do when it came to the art world. I was involved in theater, painting, sculpting and anything design. I grew up in Milwaukee WI, but I immigrated to the United States at 3 years old from Poland. When I graduated high school, I decided to go to college in San Diego and major in art. While I attended college, I meet a great friend that had decided to pursue a cosmetology degree and she introduced me to this beautiful industry. So I decided to check it out and here I am 20 years later. I have been working behind the chair at top salons like Robert Cromeans and Belli Belli Salon. At Belli Belli Salon I was a Senior Stylist and Makeup Director. I have also worked as an educator at
Paul Mitchell the School San Diego and Bellus Academy,
training and hopefully inspiring the next generation of stylists. I continue to take specialty classes to keep my talent current and to continuously sharpen my technical skills. Now I am adventuring into owning my own business as a studio salon owner.

This career has allowed me to travel the world, to work with the most talented
colleagues and has granted me some of the most incredible clients. I have an amazing husband and 2 beautiful children.
